Not quite sure why I kept on messing up with the turret’s roof… It took me 3 times to finally get it right. The first 2 times I drew on watercolor paper, because I thought that it would be nice to color the plants. Well, my plan didn’t work out and I would have to settle on black-and-white this time.

BTW, I learned a little 3D brick tricks from Claudia Nice’s “Sketching Your Favorite Subjects in pen & ink,” but I accidently made my timbered wall too dark for it to show. Anyway, next time then.
