A Joint Venture Dinner

Ingrid is interested in David’s school night dinner recipes, so we have been coming to Gerry & Ingrid’s house to have joint venture dinners. We brings all the dinner ingredients to their house, and David will show Ingrid how to prepare a yummy dish in 30 minutes. Ingrid, in term, will have her beautiful, tasty dessert baked for the special event. In the meantime, Gerry and I are just happily chatting away and being supportive.

	So tonight David set out to demonstrate his version of quesadilla (caramelized red onion, cheese, Cholula sauce) and Jacques Pepin’s Corn and Hominy Chowder with a twist of Cholula sauce. The dinner was very Mexican and delicious!
	We could never finish a gastronomical night without Ingrid’s dessert. Just see how beautiful it was! Man, life was pretty good!
