Got My iPhone!

After reading lots of reviews on smartphones and iPod touch, I took the plunge, sold my soul to Apple and AT&T for 2 years (that’s my current plan anyway…), and got myself a shiny iPhone*. What can I say? I’m a sucker for shiny beautiful things! After making sure that I can use the same 3rd parties Palm apps that I’ve been relying on and I can input Chinese, I was all for it. And the one issue (a locked phone) that held me back for the longest time on this phone… I figured that sooner or later someone will figure out how to unlock this cutie anyway.

*: The best way to get an iPhone is to go to your local Apple stores. Your local AT&T stores more likely than not won’t have iPhone in stock. Plus, the Apple employees are much more friendly and knowledgeable in general, unless your Apple stuff breaks and you have to deal with their customer support. And then until the hell freezes over… I had such nightmare dealing with them in the past that I pray that my new iPhone will never have to go through that route again…
