Fine (Fishy) Art
This morning my sister forwarded me an email full of humorous fishy art by the French artist Anne-Catherine Becker-Echivard. In an Amélie-like rich color and dreamy world, all the characters are fish heads sitting on top of doll bodies! The concept itself is plenty comical already, but when you see how she use those fish heads to tell her wacky stories, boy, you can’t help but grin at each of them! I just wonder how the studio smelled like when she worked on those incredible sets…
